Current information service
Reading the guides and submitting a pre-purchase inquiry through an enabled contact form do not create a charge on this website. Because the website does not currently process purchases, there is no online order here to cancel or refund.
Products purchased elsewhere
If you buy software from a manufacturer or another seller, contact that seller for cancellation or refund requests. Check its return terms before purchasing, especially for digital licenses, subscriptions, and products where a right of cancellation may depend on the circumstances.
Any future paid consultation
Before offering a paid consultation, AstherShop must provide the price, scope, delivery arrangements, cancellation conditions, and refund terms in writing before payment. Do not infer a price or payment obligation from an advisor button or an inquiry. This page does not establish a non-refundable fee.
Incorrect or unexpected charges
If you believe a charge is connected to AstherShop, contact us using the published details with the transaction date and a non-sensitive reference. Do not send a full payment-card number, banking credentials, or passwords. The relevant seller or payment provider may also need to review the transaction.
